The short version
There is no account, so we do not know who you are. Your plan is held in your own browser and is never uploaded. There are no cookies of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
One optional feature sends text onward — the AI helper — and it is described below rather than buried.
Who the data fiduciary is
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 the data fiduciary — and the data controller under UK and EU GDPR — is Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual publishing under the name "MSRX".
Your plan stays on your device
The whole planner runs inside your browser tab. Your tasks, dates, dependencies and colours are held on your own machine and are never uploaded. There is no account and no server-side copy, so there is nothing for us to keep, lose, or be compelled to hand over.
The one exception is the AI helper. If you ask it for suggestions, the plan label and task list you supplied are sent to our server function and forwarded to Groq, our model provider, to generate the answer. Everything else works with nothing leaving your device.
Because the plan lives in your browser, clearing your browser data deletes it and we cannot recover it. Export anything you want to keep.
Server logs
Our host, Vercel, records ordinary request logs: time, path, status code and IP address. These exist to keep the site running and to stop abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Who else your browser contacts
Opening this page loads four things from other people's servers: the typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), the styling framework from cdn.tailwindcss.com, and one image-export library from cdn.jsdelivr.net.
Loading a file from someone else's server reveals your IP address and browser to that server, on every visit, before you have typed anything. Google Fonts in particular has been held to breach the GDPR when used this way without consent. None of them receive your plan — that never leaves your device — but they do see that you visited.
Serving those four files from this site instead would remove every third party from an ordinary page load. That is the right fix and it has not been done yet. It is written here rather than left out, because a notice that omits an inconvenient recipient is worth less than no notice.
Retention
We keep nothing. There is no database and no account. Your plan is on your device and is yours to delete.
Children
This is a general-purpose planning tool and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anybody, of any age.
Your rights, and complaints
You may ask what personal data of yours we hold, have it corrected, or have it erased. In practice we hold none, so the honest answer is that there is nothing to give you — and we will say that plainly rather than pretend a process exists.
Requests and complaints go to Mrinal Singh Raja at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com. That address is also the grievance contact for the purposes of India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
If you are in India you may also complain to the Data Protection Board; in the EU or UK, to your national data protection authority.
