What this is
Easy-Peasy Gantt is a free, single-page Gantt chart maker that runs in your browser. There is no account, no fee, no subscription and no watermark.
Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
Who you are agreeing with
Easy-Peasy Gantt is operated by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name "MSRX". MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company, and nothing here should be read as implying a company behind it.
In these terms "we", "us", "our" and "MSRX" mean Mrinal Singh Raja. "You" means the person using Easy-Peasy Gantt. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
Your plan stays on your device
The whole planner runs inside your browser tab. Your tasks, dates, dependencies and colours are held on your own machine and are never uploaded. There is no account and no server-side copy, so there is nothing for us to keep, lose, or be compelled to hand over.
The one exception is the AI helper. If you ask it for suggestions, the plan label and task list you supplied are sent to our server function and forwarded to Groq, our model provider, to generate the answer. Everything else works with nothing leaving your device.
Because the plan lives in your browser, clearing your browser data deletes it and we cannot recover it. Export anything you want to keep.
Your charts are yours
We claim no rights over any plan you build or any image you export. Use them commercially, put them in a client deck, print them — no permission needed and no attribution required.
Anything the AI helper says can be wrong
The helper is a large language model. It will propose durations, sequences and dependencies that sound reasonable and may be nonsense for your actual project. It knows nothing about your team, your constraints or your contract.
Treat its output as a prompt to think, never as a plan to commit to.
What you may not do
- Use Easy-Peasy Gantt for anything unlawful, or to infringe somebody else's rights.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent any limit, security control or rate limit.
- Use automated means to extract content at scale, or resell access to the service.
Availability
The service is free and provided with no guarantee that it will be available or uninterrupted, and it may change or stop at any time. The AI helper runs on a free upstream quota shared by everyone using the site, so it rate-limits and sometimes fails.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data, a missed deadline or a project overrun, arising from your use of Easy-Peasy Gantt.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
If you use the service as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes
Material changes move the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the revised terms.
